The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The room included slippers, robes, safe, refridgerator, and all the standard amenities. The Royal Sonesta New Orleans Hotel extends an entire city block on Bourbon Street. While the hotel is conveniently situated in the French Quarter, its location may be troublesome for families at night, when Bourbon Street transforms into one big party. Luckily, the hotel provides ear plugs, and rooms facing away from the action are available. As Hotel gyms go, the Royal Sonesta New Orleans is one of the bests we’ve experienced. Available 24 hours a day, it made for the perfect early morning jet-lag activity for those rouge 5 am risings.
