BTD6 is consistently at the top of the paid apps section - it has MtX for Monkey Money and Race Passes. It's their most popular game by a long shot. It will also be some while before BTD6 begins to look dated, the cartoonish style lends itself well to longevity.

Even then, the btd6 subreddit has over 10 times as many people on the btd battles subreddit. Battles is overrated IMO. BTD6, BMC and BTD5 are all miles better than Battles. I don't like games with PvP system where you lose something for a loss. You don't need to use the strawpoll website to do a poll on reddit now.
