Sep 14, 2016 · I think it's reasonable for tattered clothing to give mood debuffs, but in many cases going naked should be a bigger debuff (exceptions for cases e.g. where it's warm out and colonist is a nudist). IMO a colonist shouldn't put on apparel that gives them a net debuff unless you "force" them to (directly or by policy restriction).
